Despite what our domain name might suggest we are not a real estate company. This web site is the idea and effort of a local Costa Rican family who for generations have lived and owned land on the beautiful mountains of Monteverde and have decided to sell some of it.
Also on this site we have included information about the land that some of our friends are selling, in several parts of the country, to help them out, and to give our page a little more variety and utility.
The idea with this site is to create a direct link between those who are selling the land and those who are interested in buying it, and to keep out as many intermediaries as we can, in the effort of making any transaction as simple and commission free as possible.

A pesar de lo que pueda sugerir el nombre de nuestra pagina no somos una empresa de bienes raíces. Este sitio Web es la idea y el esfuerzo de una familia Costarricense que por generaciones a vivido y sido propietaria de tierra en las hermosas montañas de Monteverde y quienes han decidido vended un poco de la misma.
Además hemos incluido en esta pagina información sobre las propiedades que algunos de nuestros amigos están vendiendo, en varias partes del país, para ayudarles en la venta, y para darle a nuestro sitio un poco más de variedad y utilidad.
La idea de este sitio es crear un vinculo directo entre los que están vendiendo sus propiedades y los que están interesados en comprarlas, y mantener por fuera tantos intermediarios como podamos, en un esfuerzo por mantener cualquier transacción tan sencilla y libre de comisiones como sea posible.
