Description & Topography:
The land is located than 1400 meters above sea level, almost the entire property has breathtaking views of the Puntarenas and Guanacaste lowlands, the surrounding mountains of the area and of the peninsula and gulf of Nicoya.
The farm is located only 3 km from Santa Elena which gives it access to all the facilities of the area and a good commercial location, but also has plenty of privacy for housing.
The topography is mostly sloping land with some steeper ridges, which makes it suitable for practically any use, be it commercial or private.
Farming has been the primary use of the land, but it also has lots of trees and forest. Currently a small private motocross track and a coffee plantation are its uses.
