Description & Topography:
The land comprises two adjoining farms of which currently several lots ranging from 1000 m2 to 5000 m2 are being split off. The land is located on the beautiful mountains of Monteverde more than 1400 meters above sea level, on the property there are several locations which have breathtaking views of the Puntarenas lowlands, the surrounding mountains of the area and of the peninsula and gulf of Nicoya.
