Description & Topography:
The hotel consist of 28 rooms, restaurant, breakfast-coffee lounge, private walking trails, and service facilities (laundry room, office building, etc) all surrounded by beautiful gardens and gorgeous evergreen forests. Less than 25% of the land is currently used which provides ample opportunity for expansion and development of other facilities. El Bosque Lodge has been in operation for more than 15 years, providing midrange rooming, and has a consolidated name and reputation, however its location and surroundings present great opportunity for improvement.
The land is located on the beautiful mountains of Monteverde more than 1400 meters above sea level. The topography is mostly sloping hills at moderate angles that do not provide a major obstacle to further development.
Access & Surroundings:
The land is bordered on one side with the main public road that leads to the world renowned Monteverde Reserve. The restaurant is located on this road and the hotel rooms are placed some 50 meters from it providing them with privacy and peace. The hotel is less than 3 km from the Monteverde Reserve and within 15 minutes driving of all the Monteverde tourist attractions.
